Our story and our team
Yérima Advisory is, first and foremost, a family story. The firm was founded by Salim and Guillaume, two cousins who bring together 29+ years of combined experience in accounting, financial advisory, transactions, and auditing within a Big 4 firm. Their expertise is international, with a strong focus on both France and Africa.

Salim Orou Yérima
Founding Partner
Salim began his career at Accenture before joining EY in 2005 as a financial auditor. He later specialized in advising CFOs and financial departments. Over the years, he has taken part in a wide range of assignments including carve-outs, IPO preparation, financial and non-financial compliance, interim financial management, and performance optimization, both in France and internationally.
In 2025, he co-founded Yérima Advisory to support public and private organizations in addressing complex accounting and financial issues across France and Africa.
Salim is a French Chartered Accountant and a graduate engineer from the École des Mines of Saint-Étienne.
Guillaume Daumon Yérima
Founding partner
Guillaume began his career at Vinci before joining EY in 2016 as a financial auditor, a role he held for 5 years. He then specialized in transaction services, supporting investment funds and corporate clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and fundraising projects in France and abroad.
In 2025, he co-founded Yérima Advisory with the goal of assisting companies and investment funds in their investment and divestment strategies across France and Africa.
